You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or otherwise have permission from a parent or guardian where allowed by law, to use the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable law.

You may need an account to access some or all features.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login details secure
• all activity under your account
• providing accurate account information

You must not:

• impersonate another person or business
• share your account in a misleading or unauthorised way
• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

Tasks Nest is a project and task management app that may include:

• local project tracking
• task, timeline, budget, and notes tools
• project contacts / people records
• shared project collaboration
• Premium features
• Trade Pro features
• an in-app Trade Directory

We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

If you create or join a shared project:

• you may invite or collaborate with other users
• different users may have different access roles
• content shared in that project may be visible to invited collaborators

You are responsible for ensuring that anything you add to a shared project is appropriate to share with those collaborators.

We are not responsible for disputes between collaborators.

If you use Trade Pro and publish a listing:

• you are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information you publish
• you must have the right to publish any business name, contact details, images, or other content you submit
• you must not post misleading, false, offensive, infringing, or unlawful content

We may remove, suspend, restrict, or refuse any listing at our discretion, including where we believe it:

• violates these Terms
• may mislead users
• creates legal, safety, or reputation risk

Tasks Nest does not guarantee jobs, leads, project opportunities, or outcomes from any listing or directory visibility.

Some features are only available through paid subscriptions, including Premium and Trade Pro.

a) Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store and/or Google Play, not directly by us.

b) Renewals

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account settings.

c) Pricing

Prices may vary by platform, region, and taxes. Current pricing is shown before purchase.

d) Changes and availability

We may change subscription features, benefits, and pricing in the future, subject to applicable law and store platform rules.

e) No guaranteed uninterrupted access

Subscription services depend on app store platforms, network access, and third-party systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You retain responsibility for content you create, upload, or publish through the app, including:

• tasks
• notes
• project data
• templates
• shared project content
• trade profiles and listings

By submitting content through the service, you grant us a limited right to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, is defamatory, abusive, or harmful, or contains malware or malicious code.

You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the service
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
• abuse sign-in, subscription, collaboration, or directory systems
• use automated means to scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the service
• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data, or systems

Tasks Nest, including the app, branding, software, design, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to TasksNest Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of the service or our intellectual property.

Tasks Nest is a productivity and management tool. It does not provide legal, financial, engineering, building, trade, or professional advice.

Any decisions you make using information in the app are your responsibility.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TasksNest Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, business, or opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service at any time if:

• you breach these Terms
• we believe your use creates legal, security, or operational risk
• we are required to do so by law

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account through the app where available.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and/or provide notice through the app or website.

Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
